Susan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an
undergraduate degree in elementary education and a master's
degree in curriculum and instruction.
|
|
|
|
|
In addition to her classroom teaching, Susan has been a curriculum writer for her school district in
all areas of the curriculum, conducted workshops for teachers, served as a demonstration teacher in
classrooms, and received many awards for her educational contributions.
|
|
The Teacher Express was founded by Susan Davis in 2005 after a 35-year career as a classroom
teacher. She has had first hand experience in allowing children to experience enjoyable learning
and to realize that they, the students, can reach beyond minimum expectations. Always a proponent
of hands-on learning, she continues this philosophy in the teaching materials she develops for
The Teacher Express.
